Justin Slade has taught and coached competitive club swimming for over 28 years and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree ’96 and Master of Science Degree ’99 from Arizona State University.

Dylan Osborne, BS

Lead Age Group Coach

Dylan joined the coaching staff at Aquabear during the Spring of 2023.  Dylan swam collegiately at the College of Idaho where he scored at NAIA nationals all 4 years and held the school record in the 100 fly. He has shown himself to be an exemplorary teacher and coach, with a gift for communicating with, and inspiring kids of all ages.

Coach Shaylin Grant

Summer Team Head Coach

Lead Group Lesson Instructor 

Shaylin is currently a student at University of Arizona studying nutrition and human performance. Coaching is one of her passions and she is very excited to be with the Aquabear team. With a background in coaching synchronized swimming, teaching swim lessons, and now coaching age group swim team, Shaylin has shown herslef to be outstanding instructor/coach with an ability to communicate and motivate swimmers of all ages and abilities.
